Simulated candidates, real choreography: the same cards fill up in the app on every import.

The whole IT & Digital sector, skill by skill

1,929 skills in our vocabulary: languages, frameworks, databases, cloud, tooling, methodologies and roles. Every way a CV can spell a skill maps to one name, so your filters match every time.

This version covers the IT & Digital sector. Finance & Admin, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare and Legal & HR are next.

Six steps, one upload

Everything starts the moment you drop the files. Here is what happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Upload

Drop one PDF or a hundred at once, whether they came straight from candidates or through a supplier. Files are checked on the spot, and likely duplicates are flagged before any reading starts.

  2. 02

    First read

Within seconds, each file gets a first pass: is this actually a CV? If so, we pick up the name, sector, document language, latest role, city and seniority, and the candidate card takes shape.

  3. 03

    Your review

Before going any further you see the whole batch on one screen. Correct a name, drop a file that is not a CV, and decide for every duplicate whether to update the existing profile or keep both.

  4. 04

    Full read

Now the entire CV is read end to end: skills, specialization, years of experience, education, spoken languages and a short professional summary, all extracted and structured.

  5. 05

    Clean-up

Skills are mapped to a shared vocabulary for the sector, so "ReactJS" and "React" are the same thing when you search. Each candidate gets a unique code.

  6. 06

    Anonymised versions

Two extra versions of the CV are produced automatically: one without contact details and one fully anonymised, ready to be shared with a client without exposing personal data.

What ends up in the profile

Every field is extracted from the CV itself, never typed into a form.

  • Name and contact details
  • Sector and specialization
  • Latest role and seniority
  • Skills, grouped by type
  • Years of experience
  • Education
  • Spoken languages
  • Location
  • Document language
  • A short professional summary

What stays in your hands

  • The review step: nothing is saved until you have looked at the batch.
  • Duplicates: you decide whether to update the existing profile or keep both.
  • Every field: edit the profile at any time, your version wins over the extracted one.
  • Anonymised versions: you choose which one to send to which client.
